By using a.wales, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

a.wales provides bilingual AI tools, including chat, image generation and video generation. The service is provided “as is” and may change over time.

Accounts and subscriptions

  • Free access is limited (for example, a daily message allowance).
  • Premium and Pro plans provide wider access, including image and video generation.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the billing portal.
  • We do not offer automatic refunds unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use a.wales to:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights
  • Create harmful, hateful, or dangerous misinformation content
  • Attempt to disrupt or misuse the service
  • Upload material you do not have the right to use

AI content

AI outputs may contain errors. a.wales does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or official advice.

You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Intellectual property

The website, a.wales brand, and design belong to us. For content you generate through the service, you retain the right to use it subject to these terms and the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, a.wales is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, loss of profit, or damage arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may suspend or change the service for maintenance or improvements.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
